# Synthetic handover example · v1

This is a fictional example, not a customer story. Do not carry its names or dates into a blank template.

Job EX-001: the approved scope is in a shared folder. Receiver Eva is due to start the design. Item `scope` is verified against version 2. Item `access` is blocking: Eva cannot open the folder from her own account. Exception EX-ACCESS-01 has an owner, next action “grant access and retest” and a due date. Item `contact` is still open but does not block the first day.

**Result:** not ready. Two checked rows and a created project do not prove readiness. After access is fixed, Eva must open the folder herself and explicitly accept the handover. Only then record readiness.
