Completed fictional example: Hand a client to a new colleague without losing the next step

All people, identifiers, amounts, outcomes, and internal evidence are fictional. This example demonstrates how to complete the record; it is not a client case or an account test.

Client / project / previous owner / receiving owner

Demo studio / WEB-014 / Morgan / Casey

Effective time and acknowledgment

October 5, 2026; Casey acknowledged the fictional transfer October 2

Scope and latest confirmed commitment with source

One home page; confirmed next step is a photograph check, demo message M-14

Next action / owner / due date

Casey checks photographs and replies October 6 by 3 p.m. America/New_York

Open decisions and dependencies

Analytics access missing; does not block the photograph check

Demo WEB-014 folder, proposal v2, message M-14; Casey opened them with their own account

Remaining work for the previous owner and due date

Morgan resolves analytics access by October 7

Client introduction: contact, effective date, nearest next step

Casey will coordinate the next steps from October 5 and confirm on Tuesday whether the photographs are sufficient. Reply in this thread.

First-action check and closure

In the fictional outcome Casey replied October 6; Morgan still has the separate analytics task

Two unsuccessful variants

  1. Casey cannot open proposal v2. Access remains pending and Morgan remains the contact. Morgan checks the repair October 5 at 10 a.m. America/New_York; the client introduction remains unsent.
  2. Casey lacks capacity by October 6 and declines. Morgan retains ownership and checks a replacement by October 5. Tuesday’s action cannot disappear without an update.

These are expected fictional outcomes. Record your own trial and repaired references separately.
