Fictional REPORT-014 handover

All people, dates, agreements and results are fictional. This is not a completed engagement or client-account test. The available deliverable is the public sample data and procedure below; your internal client folder is a field to complete.

Handover: October 12, 2026; client contact Jana, supplier contact Martina. Final deliverable: seven-day report v1, client DEMO-A, account ADS-01, September 21–27, 2026, USD. Keep working copies separate from the original export. Actual final link __; working link __; actual account owner __.

Basic task: open and check the report

  1. Download the complete sample and incomplete version. In Google Sheets choose File → Import → Upload, placing each in a separate new spreadsheet or sheet. These are fictional data, not a client export.
  2. In the complete version check DEMO-A, ADS-01, USD and all seven days. This model has one row per day; establish the actual key for your own data first.
  3. In empty cells enter =SUM(E2:E8) and =SUM(F2:F8). Expect $700 and 56 events. These are predefined sample totals; obtain independent source totals for your actual report.
  4. The incomplete version has six days, $600 and 48 events. Hold the report rather than automatically filling the gap with zero. Martina checks the source and sets the next review. Sending or updating actual data is outside this demonstration.
  5. After repair, repeat the entire check. The actual recipient opens the final file using their own account. Record access and task completion; here they remain not tested. Detailed procedure and check sheet: report quality checks.

Scope and support

Open item: chart label, Martina, next update October 14. In this model it does not block the data check; a blocking issue would leave the handover incomplete. Automated distribution was not ordered. Confirm support in the actual agreement; this example does not determine statutory rights.

The fictional [email protected] address does not work. Replace it with a verified actual route __ and intake owner __. Example report: REPORT-014, expected seven days, observed six, occurrence time and a link without credentials. An illustrative next-business-day first response means acknowledgement and a next step, not a promised resolution time. Actual response window __; out-of-window route __.

If the client cannot open the final file, keep the handover open: Martina repairs access and Jana repeats the check. If the client owner is missing, have the client name one first; email delivery is not acceptance. An administrator view or a password in the document does not verify recipient access.

Acceptance evidence under the actual agreement __; first usage check __; open items __. October 19 is an illustrative proposed check date, not a meeting that took place.
