What the project contributes

Default values are a fictional example. Replace them with matching-period inputs on one tax basis. Internal hourly cost is not a billing rate.

Contribution = fee − (delivery + rework + administration) × internal hourly cost − direct expenses. Ratio = contribution / fee when the fee is greater than zero.

Contribution excludes other company costs and is not invoice cash received. Label estimated effort in your records. Missing inputs do not become zero; negative contribution stays negative.
