How we create guides and comparisons.
We help small teams organize inquiries and client projects, reduce repeated data entry, and choose suitable tools. Here is how we build the recommendations behind our guides.
Map the whole job
Where work begins, who receives it, what counts as done and how a failure becomes visible. Otherwise it is easy to automate the wrong step.
Find the lightest fix
Start with a process and an owner. Connect tools if needed. New software earns its place by closing a specific gap.
Check the claims
We use vendor documentation and topic research. We relate features to a specific job and give sources and check dates for changing facts. Recommendations explain who a route fits and what tradeoffs come with it.
Show the limits
We do not invent product tests, hours saved or universal legal answers. Examples are examples, not real client case studies.
Who operates this site
Chill&Automate is a project by Radek Duha and Duha Works. We use AI for research, writing, examples and editorial checks. Our guides combine public sources with our own procedures, templates and decision aids. We describe a product test as firsthand only when it actually took place; modeled examples are not customer case studies.
Corrections and decisions
We compare the same job and keep the existing-tool route available. For features, pricing and eligibility we distinguish documentation, synthetic examples and verified account behavior.
